Время заканчивается, чувствую, что-то не то. Подскажите, пожалуйста, как действовать.

RESTER, Ваша посылка до сих пор не отправлена, судя по трекингу она только зарезервирована была месяц назад и последний статус "The item is ready for shipment
", то есть готова к отправке. Вы сделали правильно, что открыли спор и прикрепили скриншоты с сайта отслеживания. Теперь просто ждите решения.

Андрюшка, Спасибо за разъяснение.
А как Вы думаете, с чем это связано?
Почему продавец так и не отправил посылку?
Ведь срок проходит, и естественно, будет спор.
Каких подвохов можно ожидать?

RESTER, он ее просто не отправил. Вам вернут 100% денег по спору. А если будет что-то непонятно, то пишите на форуме - поможем

Андрюшка, До конца спора осталось чуть больше суток. И вот очередное сообщение от продавана, причём впервые от хозяина магазина:

Dear customer,
the order is shipped via registered airmail via netherland post. We hope to resolve this for you ASAP too, but it is really not in our control. The package is in the hand of
post office and we don't know its whereabouts now. Thus we can't issue refund at this moment.
As long as the post office confirm package is returned or can't be found anymore, we will issue refund or resend it to you. Thank you for your understanding.

Я так понимаю, завтра Aliexpress-судья (или как там его), должен будет в последний раз спросить меня, на что я соглашаюcь?
Что посоветуете мне делать?

Мне нужно нажать [Ответить] и написать, что я подтверждаю, что товар всё ещё не получен, и я требую полный возврат?
Я насчёт:

Или ничего не делать, а просто ждать?

RESTER, можно ничего не делать и по умолчанию будет полный возврат или можете нажать ответить и написать "my choice Full refund"
