Обострила спор на товар, который не пришел в срок. Срок заканчивался 2 декабря. Администрация прислала такой ответ:

они пишут, что посылка в пути и надо ждать до 7 декабря, если получите товар, то закрыть спор. Если нет, не закрывайте спор
